Founded by Leo Fender, G&L Guitars feature his own updates of his own designs and they are handmade in California, in a similar fashion to the way his original designs were built. To quote his partner, George Fullerton, “Decades ago my partner and I created the world’s most famous guitar. Then we set out to make the world’s best.”
G&L Tribute Guitars feature the same designs and the same pickups as their USA made cousins, but they are crafted in Asia and are exceptional instruments for the price of a starter guitar .
