If you’ve always dreamed of a Tele style guitar with a bigger, beefier tone, this Tom Anderson Hollow T Classic is the guitar for you. It features Anderson’s M1 and TM3 mini humbuckers. These pickups sound very in between single coils and full humbuckers - you get a bigger fatter sound than you would from traditional single coils but you still retain much of the brightness and clarity of single coils. And if you want a vintage Tele tone as well, this guitar can do it hum free thanks to Anderson’s Kickback switch. Unlike a coil tap, which turns off one of the two coils in a humbucker, the Kickback Switch brings the level and tone of the pickups down to that of a single coil so you get real single coil tone without any hum.
This guitar is finished in trans teal over a flame maple top (with a black pickguard) and an alder back. It’s hollow so it’s light as a feather and features both a back and forearm contour for the ultimate in playing comfort.
